Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center in California.
Receive Refund or Exchange
